the dual screen design of the Avalanche separator effectively increases active screen area by up to 67%. The design is simple: a standard diameter frame is modified to accommodate a standard screen on the bottom with an additional, slightly smaller screen above.
Material fed to the top screen either passes through the screen or discharges off the sides to be rescreened by the lower screen.
The Avalanche is particularly beneficial in dry applications requiring high capacity scalping (PVC, starch, flour) as well as high efficiency dedusting (EPS beads, dry chemicals).
